500 Project
The 500 Project is a partnership between the State Treasurer's Office and the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency (HFA) to promote awareness of the economic benefits of homeownership among North Carolina’s public workforce. In 2006, we reached our goal of helping 500 families achieve their dreams of purchasing a home utilizing low interest rate mortgage products offered by the HFA. But we’re not stopping there!
